7-Day Refund Window

Refund requests submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date are eligible for a full refund, provided the research materials have not been accessed. This means your access credentials must not have been used to log in to the member dashboard or view any research content.

Non-Refundable After Access

Once your access credentials have been used to log in to the dashboard and access the research library — regardless of the amount of content viewed — the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable. This policy exists because our content is digital and immediately accessible upon login.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at research@lsminer.com with the following information:

• Your full name as used during purchase
• The email address associated with your order
• Your order confirmation number (provided by Whop)
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Refund Method

All eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at research@lsminer.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks — those initiated without contacting us or after accessing research materials — will result in:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of your account and access credentials
• The chargeback being formally contested with supporting evidence
• Potential reporting to fraud prevention services

Payments Processor

All payments for LSMINER LTD research access plans are processed by Whop. Refunds are issued through the same payment processor to the original payment method.
